It's only when I have nothing taxing the framerate open that I get the stuttering. Some fix may lie in one of the settings in 'Manage 3D Settings' but I haven't found it yet. using winxp x86 sp3 in device manager its found as PS3Eye Camera but in CL-EYE Test its found as USB Camera-B4.04.27.1. I have had the problem happen in CL-Eye Test too so it may not be OpenTrack. It appears in that transitionary period of applying settings, NVIDIA stops doing whatever optimization thing its doing that's causing PS3 Eye to crap out.
